Live event services range from talent booking, event curation, operational planning and implementation to artist liaison, stage and site management and customer service, with expertise in live music, sports and family-style events. Hands on experience across the events industry means the team has a working awareness of all different aspects of event management, from security, to production, bars and food concessions, ticketing and right through to the glamour of toilets & hygiene facilities!

Specialising in, although not limited to, small to medium businesses, the team at TAE-Live also offer a comprehensive behind the scenes communications service, creating strategies and plans to deliver awesome marketing, e-comms, social plans and PR, building long-term success for organisations across the leisure industries.

Bespoke packages are available for independent music artists, with a range of services including PR, social media management and fan engagement programmes.

Live event management
There's nothing quite like the excitement of a live event.
TAE Live offers a comprehensive event management service to plan and deliver live events up to 15,000 capacity, with a focus on live music, sports and family-day-style events.
For larger events, let us take charge of a specific area of the event, from ops management to ticketing, artist liaison or stage management, we can offer a freelance service to augment any existing team.
Communications
Provision of a broad capability to provide communications, copywriting, PR and marketing for business to consumer, including comprehensive social media and marketing deliverables.

Georgie Thorogood
Georgie is an experienced events manager with a demonstrated history of working commercially in the sports and live music industries. She is skilled in people management, event management & operations, marketing, and sales. Shortlisted for UK Festival Awards "Woman of the Year" 2019.

Having worked on many events from inception up, Georgie subsequently founded her own 2,000 cap festival in 2019, Tennessee Fields. A name change, a pandemic and a cost of living crisis later, she was forced to pull stumps on the festival, taking the heartbreaking decision that the current situation was not a hospitable place for a fledgling event. That said, the experience gained throughout the four years of operation has resulted in a wealth of invaluable knowledge, both from a marketing/sales perspective, and an event operations stand point.

Strong copywriting skills and a keen knowledge of customer engagement, leave her perfectly positioned to create effective communication strategies for both external marketing (print, digital and social) and existing customer retention.
